In the Tilghman Beach section, close to Ocean Drive, is where you will find this 6 bedroom, 3 full bath, (2) 1/2 bath, non smoking, ground level oceanfront well maintained vacation beach house. Being so close to Ocean Drive means an easy walk to Main Street! 

The extra large living room provides plenty of comfortable seating and the full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, disposal and breakfast bar with stools is adjacent to the large dining area. Entertainment venues include 2CCTV, 2DVD and a VCR. Wireless internet is provided, so bring your laptop to keep in touch with friends and family. And for those who hate the Laundromat, there is a washer and dryer provided for your use at ABCD House. 

Outside you will discover not only a large street side porch, but, also an oceanfront porch with rocking chairs that runs almost the whole width of the house and a staircase going down to the private wooden walkway that leads across the grassy sand dunes to the beach. 

ABCD House will accommodate up to 15 people, so bring your extended family or friends with you!

Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. 

13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)

One half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.

A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.

Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Linen packages are available at a fee or $35 + tax per bed.

No Smoking.

Bringing a pet will result in eviction with no monies refunded.
