This oceanfront, non smoking triplex on stilts features three separate levels of living space that accommodate 16 per level and is located in Cherry Grove close to the public fishing pier. Each level of this oceanfront rental has its own private hot tub on the furnished oceanfront porch. Level 3 is the only Pet Friendly level of this triplex.

7 Days Grace 1 & 2 are 5BR, 4BA accommodate 16 and offer amenities such as full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, WIFI, tile flooring or hardwood flooring and 6CCTV (1-42” flat screen). Each level has a hot tub on the oceanfront balcony.

7 Days Grace 3 is the top level and it is a Pet Friendly. This level features 4BR, 4BA, accommodates 16, full kitchen, tile flooring, microwave, dishwasher, wash and dryer, WIFI, 5CCTV. Hot Tub on oceanfront balcony

Outside you will find a gas grill for hosting a cook out, an oceanfront sundeck with picnic tables, an outside shower, furnished oceanfront porches and a private walk way to the beach.

Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. 

13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)

One half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.

A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date. Confirmed reservations are not transferable.

Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Departure Maid Service is available upon request for 1-5 bedroom properties. If Departure Maid Service is not ordered there will be an Inspection Fee added to each reservation made: 1 bedroom $10; 2 bedrooms $20; 3-4 bedrooms $25 and 5 bedrooms $30. Departure Maid Service is required on all 6 bedroom or larger properties and is automatically added to rental amount.

Linen packages are available at a fee or $35 + tax per bed. 

No Smoking.

This rule applies to level 1 & 2 only - Bringing a pet will result in eviction with no monies refunded.
