2 TV’s, dvd players . There is also a covered patio and 2 car

Daily $145.00  (3 night minimum) special rates for major week ends
holidays $225.00 per night 3 day minimum
Weekly -$800.00 (7 days 6 nights)

Monthly- $1550.00  Oct-Dec $1500.00 (Jan. thru March 3 mo. minimum)

Non-refundable Cleaning fee - $75.00
Refundable Security Deposit - $250.00 with 60 day notice

Reservation Deposit- $250.00, refundable with 60 day notice of 
cancellation.
