This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is the perfect place to recharge your batteries.  Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The master bathroom has a shower, and the guess bathroom has a tub. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, granit counter tops, hardwood floors. This condo has lots of light and is very comfortable. The kitchen is loaded with pots and pans, glassware, flatware, and china. Linens are included. We have a 42" flat screen TV in the living room and a small TV's in the bedrooms. Wireless Internet and Cable TV. Watch the sunsets every night from the comfort of your own home. There is lots of natural light, and from the balcony you can see dolphins and resident birdlife every morning. I have also seen manatees! Waterside provides resort living with all the amenities and 24/7 guarded community.We are 10 minute drive from downtown St. Petersburg, museums, restaurants, galleries and shopping. Also 15 to 20 minutes drive from St. Pete Beach and Fort DeSoto Park. Tampa International Airport is 20 minutes away. A perfect spot to have the best of both worlds.   

Waterside is a boating paradise, with the best water view in Tampa Bay. In Waterside we have 2 pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, gym, dog park. The waterside Yacht club has a pub/bar only open at evenings. From the balcony you get excellent views of the resident birdlife too- among many others, pelicans, heron and cormorants are plentiful, and have convenient perches a few feet from the balcony.

 St. Petersburg is a hot spot of Arts and Cultural events in the South and has many museums to visit. the Dali Museum, Fine Arts Museum, the Chihuly Glass Collection Museum, The St. Petersburg Museum of History, just to mention a few. Together with the best restaurants in down town St. Petersburg will make the perfect spot to visit. You can rent bikes down town St. Pete or take the trolley and take a good look at the beautiful city of St. Petersburg.  The St. Petersburg beaches are within a 15 minute drive away. Crossing the Skyway bridge will take you to Sarasota and the Ringling Museum in 40 minutes and the famous Sarasota beaches within 60 minutes.

Rent 2 weeks for: $775.00 per week = $1,550.00 (May Through October)

Departure cleaning fee $125.00 to all the rentals

A $300.00 Refundable deposit is required for short term rentals.

A refundable deposit of $1,000.00 required on seasonal rentals of 3 months of longer.
