Sparkling New Vacation Villa in Lido Key

Lido Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches, not only in Florida, but in the United States.  In 2009, the beach was completely re-nourished with its renowned soft, silky white sand.  The world famous sunsets off the shores of Lido Beach draw not only our visitors but local residents as well.  All there to soak in one of natures most spectacular performances.  The view is so surreal that it is not uncommon to see people clap their hands in the joy they receive from this experience. 

All of this is just a short stroll from our villa.

This beautifully renovated beach cottage, nestled on a little piece of paradise, is just a stones throw from Lido Beach.   A fresh and friendly place to relax, unwind and enjoy your private, lush surroundings.  By the way, when we say renovated, we mean remodeled to the “studs”, not just a coat of paint.

This charming cottage has new, professionally installed hardwood flooring, crown moldings, and ceiling fans.  The kitchen has been outfitted with brand new cherry cabinets, new fixtures and topped with an exotic piece of granite.  A GE convection oven, microwave and induction cooktop allow you to prepare meals.  In addition to the coffee maker and toaster there is also an outside propane barbecue for your use.

All living room furniture has just been purchased including the flat screen LCD television.  Cable TV and wireless internet are available for your enjoyment at no charge.  The outside temperature is usually perfect but just in case, a new Central A/C & Heat has been installed. 

The Queen sized rice bed, with its comfortable mattress and quality pillows will afford you a peaceful nights sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready for a great day.  The bathroom, with decorator porcelain tiles throughout has been outfitted with Kohler fixtures, a vessel sink and Tommy Bahama style cabinets.  A forceful shower with seemingly endless supplies of hot water will support one shower after another.  Bath towels and bed linens are provided for your use.

Your front deck, fully fenced and private is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee with a newspaper or an evening beverage with good company and personal conversation.

Our villa is smoke free, please refrain from smoking inside the unit.

Beautiful St. Armands Circle, with its collection of restaurants & pubs, daiquiri decks, ice cream parlors, boutiques and specialty shops is a short 5 minute walk from the villa. 

The Lido Pavilion, located on the beach is 50 yards from the front door.  Grant Drive is one of the quietest streets on Lido Key allowing you to bask in the simple pleasures of island life.  At both ends of Lido Key there are Parks that you can bike or walk through, enjoying special "look-outs" to the beautiful Mangroves surrounding that portion of Lido Key.  Kayak rentals are available to get up close and personal with the natural shore lines surrounding Sarasota bay. 

Mote Marine, a beautiful Aquarium where you can explore the many beautiful sea animals that live in the Gulf of Mexico is located just off the north end of the key.

Over the Ringling Bridge to mainland Sarasota you can take advantage of many wonderful experiences and a rich cultural community.  From the Ringling Museum, to the ballet, opera or concerts at the Van Wezel, to gorgeous downtown Sarasota with its picturesque bay-front.  With street names like Lemon, Orange, Pineapple, and Coconut it is a very tropical setting.  Downtown Sarasota also boasts a beautiful movie theatre, library, plenty of shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

25% non-refundable deposit due at reservation, to hold unit.  Balance due day of arrival.  Cash or Bank Check only.  Cleaning fee $60.
