The well equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make dining in an easy task.  This luxury unit is located in a quiet, clean, gated community with fantastic mountain views and has front door access to walking paths through the beautiful north Scottsdale residential areas. In close proximity to many facilities and attractions such as the Barrett Jackson auto show, horse shows, Mayo clinic, shopping, TCP golf course, Kierland Commons and baseball spring training. Short drive to Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square. Walking distance to Power Centre with major grocery store, Starbucks and other conveniences. Handy access to major travel arteries for the greater Phoenix area to access the many celebrated golf courses!

Three bar stools along the large counter top provide space for casual conversation or quick meals. Plenty of kitchen space including lots of cupboards and counter space. Appliances are state of the art and the kitchen is well equipped with quality small appliances and utensils. There is a full size front load washer and dryer on the main floor along with ironing board, etc. There are 2 bedrooms available.  One of which is located on the main floor and the other which is located on the upper level.  Each bedroom is bright and has a queen size bed with quality pillow top mattress. These bedrooms have very large closets with dressers and night tables. The master bedroom en suite features a large walk in shower, as well as a large soaker tub.  There is also a tub/shower combination in the main bathroom on the second floor.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor cement patio located off the dining area where there is a full patio set and BBQ.  

Lots of Amenities: This well equipped townhouse has carpeted bedrooms and stairways. The living areas and bathrooms have attractive 24' tile floors.
