Leavitt Bay House Rental - with Private Island in Ossipee

This summer enjoy a unique vacation destination.  This is a 3,000+/sq. ft. home situated on 1 acre of land abutting Phillips Brook, which has direct access to Leavitt Bay (one of the many bays of Ossipee Lake).  With 3 bedroom's and 2 baths you can comfortably accomodate 10.  A great option for families.  We offer access to two sandy beaches; one being your very own private island.  This camp features all the comforts of home! Explore the lake - bring your boat (rentals for boats/jet ski's are available on the lake). Close to golf course, many dining choices, go-karts, rope course, NH liquor store, supermarkets, and tax-free shopping outlets 1/2 hour away in North Conway.

3,000+ sq/ft. house with 3 levels and 7 rooms, and garage sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. 

Enjoy central AC, free wifi, 67" TV, cable service, DVD/surround sound entertainment center, pellet stove, washer/dryer, fire pit, gas grill, large wrap around porch, deck furniture, ping pong table, DVD movies, games & books.

Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and large island (seating for 5) with a separate bar area that includes a beverage refrigerator.  Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, microwave, toaster oven, coffee make, electric griddle, etc.  Separate dining area that seats six.

Level 1 - New improved entertainment room, bar & stools, couch, TV & ping pong table.

Level 2 - Open concept kitchen/living area, 3 couches, pellet stove, separate dining area that seats 6, separate bar area with beverage refrigerator, large slider to wrap around deck, full bath, 2 bedrooms [bedroom 1 - queen bed, bedroom 2 - bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom - tv] Mudroom with washer/dryer.

Level 3 - Master suite - large sitting room with game table, (2) full sized futon's. Master bedroom features king size bed, private full bath, and private deck.  

Outdoor features - deck furniture, awnings, Weber gas grill, kayak, hammock, fire pit, beach chairs, brook with access to Leavitt Bay, large yard with plenty of room for backyard activities, included volleyball & corn hole set. Plenty of room for parking.  

Access to two beaches.   Private Island - pristine beach with gradual decline located in the middle of Leavitt Bay.  Second beach is a short walk (4 houses away) from the house with 300'ft of sandy beach, boat launch, private dock, roped off swim area, swim platform, gas grill, picnic tables, kids play structure, volleyball court, basketball net.  This is an member only association beach shared with 12 families.

Linens/pillows not included.  Each bed equipped with mattress pad, quilt/coverlet. Basic supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent on site.

Ossipee Lake spans over 3,000 acres and activities are endless ~ enjoy boating, walking, fishing, swimming, water skiing, cycling, golf, mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking.  Three local marina's (rental's available).  Close to shopping outlets, restaurants, golf, activites such as mini golf, go karts, water park and outdoor adventure park.  ATM/bank, church, supermarket, state liquor store, antique store.  15 minutes to King Pine & 30 minutes to North Conway.
