House has  two bedrooms upstairs and a quest apartment w/2Bd downstairs can be rented separetly located on the deep water canal just minutes  by boat to Pine Island Sound and Gulf of Mexico. Has internet ,cable washer/dryer, all linens pots and pans, coffee maker and microwave provided,central air/c  triple A location

Located on cul-de-sac at the south tip of Pine Island so called Pine Island Shores at the end Of Lemon street and a head of the Paradise Canal unbeatable AAA location

Pet are OK has a fully fenced property including canal side. Pets and children protected and a pet door. Smoking only outside- away from home.

RV parking available at the house or at the other property .

Known for its outstanding salt-water fishing, Pine Island also boasts an Olde Florida atmosphere with quaint arts & crafts shops in Matlacha, which has a thriving art community.  State of the Art Community pool available nearby at the Pine island Center at a minimum fee.

Bicycling, hiking, kayaking, as well as swimming in the public pool all offer exercise opportunities.  Golfing is also available.  Ferries travel daily from Pineland across the Pine Island Sound to the state park at Caya Costa, to a unique lunch experience at Cabbage Key, or to Boca Grande.

Local restaurants on the island offer tasty, creative fare – or it’s just a short drive to nationally known restaurants.
