Queen bed in master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom. Screened lanai leading to the common pool area. Heated pool. Furnished for short term rentals use. Washer and dryer in condo. New carpet as of January 2011.

3 weeks to one month minimum rental period.
No Smoking Permitted within the unit. The attached outdoor lanai will accomodate smokers.
