This luxorious contemporary townhouse includes wall to wall carpeting and tile floors.  Every room in the house has picturesque ocean views, as well as garden and views of the magnificent Smith estate.

This townhouse has a balcony (with furniture) off the living room with views of Ogunquit Beach and the bridge. Off the lower master bedroom there is french doors opening to a charming private garden.  

The living room has contemporary and chinese decor.  There is a fireplace and the cathedral ceiling and picturesque views makes this townhouse exceptional.

The kitchen is fully equipped.  All the pots, pans and accessories for gourmet cooking  and dining are provided.  The kitchen has an opening above the sink that looks into the dining room.  The dining room has 3 large wall units with everything to meet your entertaining needs.  Kitchen includes oven, electric range, microwave, refrigerator with freezer section food processor, toaster oven, coffee maker, and many more electrical appliances.

There are three bedrooms.  Two bedrooms are master suites, and the third bedroom is a den with a sleep sofa.  All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVDs, two were purchase recently and are large screens. 

There are 2-1/2 bathrooms.  The downstairs bedroom has an attaching bathroom with a whirlpool bath/shower, vanity with 2 sinks, and a large walk-in closet.  The upstairs bedroom has a bathroom with a tub/shower and a vanity with one sink.  The powder room is located on the same floor as the living room, dining room and kitchen. 

Don't feel like cooking? No problem! there are several great restaurants less than an 1/8 of a mile walking distance - the Old Village Inn, Front Porch, Five-O, Jonathan's, Bintliff's and Ogunquit Lobster Pound.  The Trolley will take you to Perkins Cove where you will find the award winning MC Grill,  Barnacle Billy’s Restaurant and the Lobster Shack. Delivery from area restaurants is also an option.
