We are located between the 2nd and 3rd river crossing on the scenic Old River Road going towards Canyon Dam from New Braunfels. One of the hottest spots on the river for tubing.  The Red Barn has the most fantastic view of the river with over 50 ft. of river frontage. The
property has ample parking with many pecan trees for shade.
Great fishing, swimming, or just watching the tubers and ducks float by while relaxing on the decks.

The cabin has over 2100 sq.ft. with 3 Bedrooms & 2 1/2 Baths on the upper level. The lower level is a seperate area that includes 2 Bedrooms w/ 1 Full Bath, and Kitchenette along with a full size refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table.

Both levels have central air and heat. There are all new major appliances, including dishwasher, icemaker in a large refrigerator. Includes all small appliances, and everything you would need for cooking. It is your home away from home, and then some. Electronics include satelite tv, dvd player, stereo w/ CD player, alarm clocks (don't really need those), & VCR. Games and toys for kids to adults. Outdoors you will find a porch swing, large fenced yard, BBQ pit, and ample outdoor furniture.

There is a large private deck along the river's edge with a stone walkway entering the river.
You will need to supply your own personal towels and linens. We do provide pillows, mattress protectors, and comforters for each bed.
