Bahia Via Breeze is located at 250 Bahia Via, on Fort Myers Beach.  This remodeled, ground floor two bedroom, one bath portion of a duplex, is an affordable yet elegantly appointed home.  It sits directly on a canal and offers great water views, along with direct fishing and boating right from your own back yard. 

There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the second with a queen bed.  Both share a full bath with walk-in shower.   The living room faces out towards the backyard and canal and has a large, flat screen TV, and French doors that open to the screened in lanai.   

A full kitchen with and all amenities have been provided, along with a beautiful glass top dining table.

Your own private washer and dryer, along with secured wireless high speed internet, are included in this rental.  This home is a smoke free home, with smoking allowed only outdoors.

Bahia Via Breeze affords all the conveniences of your own home, in a residential neighborhood, close to everything, and less than a 2 minute walk to the beach.  Rather you stay for a week, or for a month, you’ll have everything you need to make this the perfect vacation experience.

Seven miles of white sugar sand await your arrival on Fort Myers Beach.  Bahia Via Breeze is conveniently located in the middle of the island.  Shops and restaurants are just a short distance away to both the north and south of the house.   A salon and spa are right at the end of the street for that extra special pampering you might want to spoil yourself with while on vacation.

Phone, central air conditioning, wireless high speed internet, Cable TV, full kitchen with all amenities, microwaves, oven,  refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, gas grill, linens provided, private washer and dryer, beach towels, daily housekeeping and turn down service available.  Kayaks, bikes, and other items also available through our rental department.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats, jet ski’s and parasailing rentals are within walking distance.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.  Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.  Looking for something to do after the beach?  There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.

Off Season – $450-$500/week - $900-$1000/month               

Peak Season – $900-$1200/week - $2000-$2750/month

Add a departure cleaning fee of $90.00, $50 nonrefundable damage waiver, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and 11% tax to the above rates. Rates include all utilities.
