Authentic and classic architectural design elements combine with new furnishings to create a warm and inviting ambiance throughout the house. The living room's high ceilings create a spacious room that centers around a large fireplace with a 60" flat screen TV mounted above. Drenched with natural sunlight, this room is lined with three patio doors which swing open to let in the refreshing ocean breezes and create "al fresco" ambiance. Attached to the living room, the formal dining room offers seating for eight guests and opens to the well manicured back patio.

All four bedrooms have been professionally decorated to provide guests with the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, 32" flat screen TV, and soothing views of the Cove. The second bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom with the master and has a queen bed also with 32" flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a private bathroom, king sized bed, 32" flat screen TV, and windowed patio doors which provide abundant natural light and garden views. Just down the hall, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds, 32" flat screen TV and a private bath.

One of the highlights of this home is the large ocean view front patio. Complete with lounge seating, an outdoor table with seating for six, and a brand new bar-b-cue, guests can enjoy sunset dinners while taking in the sights and sounds of one of the most picturesque areas in all of Southern California. In addition, there is also a private and tranquil backyard complete with lush landscaping, flowering plants, and tropical palms which all combine to create the perfect area for relaxing or entertaining friends and family. In addition, the home is located just a short block and easy walk to La Jolla Shores Beach and playground, La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, and the famous Marine Room Restaurant

Additional amenities include off-street tandem parking for two cars, additional garage parking for two more cars, WIFI, Baby equipment (high chair and Pac 'n Play), wagon for walking to beach, beach umbrella and chairs, beach towels and washer/dryer.
