enchanting Mismaloya bay. It is this idealic location of Director John Huston's Set "night of the  
Iguana" that put Puerto Vallarta on the map.   
From the Villa's 3 terraces enjoy fabulous views, views, views of the Bay, Pacific, and Jungle.     
Villa Mary Lou de Z is decorated with handcrafted Mexican furnishings, Mexican handpainted tile,  
Cantera stone, Mexican Textiles and Art work. Included in this luxury rental is the attentive  
service of a full staff to pamper your every need.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool, Jacuzzi, Statilite TV, Internet Access, Air Conditioning, Familyroom, wet bars, fully equipped  
kitchen.  We are proud of our Senior suite; on entrance level, same level with living/dinning,  
garden, and kitchen. This suite was epecially designed for the older members of the family or  
wheelchair bound friends so they can share in the family vacation with no steps from street to their  
suite, it contains wide doors for easy wheelchair access and wheelchair acessible bath.

High Season  $800.00 per night Nov 1 - Apr 30 for  4 bedrooms, 8 persons    Special 7th night free! 
High Season $1200.00 per night Nov 1 - Apr 30 for 5/6 bedrooms, 12 persons Special 7th night free! 
 
Holiday Rate:Thanksgiving, Easter week $1400.00 per night  12 person max at this price (5 night min.) 
Hoiiday Rate Christmas, New Years week $1750.00 per night 12 person max at this price (5 night min.) 
 
Extra Persons $70.00 for each person extra after 12th person. $50.00 extra for each child (under 12) 
after 12th person.  Villa has beds for up to 18 (3 rollout full size beds) en master suite(s)
