This beautiful home is located a block from Turner Point Landing, a public boat ramp and play ground for the children.  This home is completely furnished and decorated with style including telephone, satellite TV, VCR, Stereo and a warm Fireplace in the Family Room for ambiance.  Enjoy roasting marshmellows by the evening fire on the Historical River in colorful adirondack chairs.  The property has a 20' floating dock that leads down from the Tiki Hut to dock your boat each day. Bring your canoe or kayak to explore the river and springs.  This is nature lover's paradise.

You are just minutes of the historical Fanning Springs, Manatee Springs and Hart Springs. You are also just a short drive to Ichetucknee Springs State Park where you can float down crystal clear Ichetucknee River in inflatable rafts.  An hour north of the home is The Spirit of the Suwannee River Music Park wher you can enjoy horse trails, the craft village, the bat house, and hiking trails. Heading south you are only an hour away from Crystal River and Rainbow Springs.  The Beautiful Cedar Key is about 30 minutes away where you can enjoy Clam Festivals twice a year.  Lastely, I'll mention the Nature Coast Greenway located five minutes from the home, where you can enjoy a horse back ride, a walk or a bike ride that runs from Chiefland all the way to Cross City.
