House Amenities:   Each Bedroom has Cable TV and DVD/Stereo.  Master Bedroom has a 42' plasma with Stained Glass windows, a walk in closet and a separate master bathroom.  Basement recreation room has a Sofa Queen size bed and a 64' Surround sound system. There is also a professional quality pool table in the recreation room.  With permission and by making special arrangements with the owner a heated Tree house that sleeps two with a balcony overlooking Center Lake can be used by adults or children and has a plasma TV/DVD system.

Final payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

End of Stay cleaning fee of $125.

Crdit card charges subject to a 3% handling fee.

Discounts available for multi week rentals.

Maximum occupancy of our vacation home is 12. However an exception to maxi8mum occupancy is possiblew with prior discussion and consent by owner. In event that occumpancy exceeds 12 there will be an additional rental charge of $50 per person.

$1,000 minimun rental for stays that include a major holiday such as Christmas etc.
