Queen bed in one room, two twins beds in the other. Also includes a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Large Deck with Bold Ocean view, nothing stands between the deck and the ocean.
Bathroom - Beautiful marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
Free Wireless Internet
TV In living room (flat screen)with cable w/ DVR including HBO. Also two TVs available in both bedrooms one with dvd players build in.

Fully Equipped Kitchen All modern, utensils, dinnerware, pot and pans etc. included Corian countertops, gas stove, Keurig Coffee maker, and a table seating six overlooking the ocean.
A few beach chairs available.
Assigned Parking for two Vehicles.
Trash Dumpster on premises.
Must bring own towels and linens.

We don't charge a cleaning fee so must clean before you leave

In Season - June 22 nd - Sept 10th ($1,850 per week) SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS
Off Season - Sept 9th - Oct 31st ($1,200 per week)

Cottage is not available November to End of April.
