In the quiet Northend you find this classic Ocean City 2nd floor
cottage. Will sleep 7-9 in this 3 bedroom, one bath home just 1/2
block from the beach and boardwalk. Fully equipped and modern,
with it's own dining area, kitchen and living room. With a washer
and dryer, air conditioning, outside shower and a sunny porch,
there's nothing to do but relax and enjoy your vacation.
There are double beds in 2 of the bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is set
up for kids and has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. There's a
pull-out sofa too.
Enjoy you vacation in a building that is smoke free.

This home comes fully equipped for a family. Heated and air
conditioned, TV's, washer/dryer, outside shower and a
porch with peeks of the ocean keep everyone happy when you get back
from the beach. A modern kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes,
gas stove, dishwasher, disposal and a microwave. A laundy area leads
to a 2nd set of stairs that exits to the back patio with a BBQ and
shower. Beach tags are included. Discout for multiple weeks or if
you take both floors.

Walk to the guarded beaches and boardwalk 1/2 block away with only
one small street to cross (Corinthian St). This is the start of the
boardwalk where there is only residential uses. It's just a short
stroll to the rides and all the fun. At 1st Street on the boardwalk
is the Lifeguard station with restrooms. There are eateries, a
deli, a cafe and sandwich shop within walking distance. Save gas and
walk to everything. Or Atlantic City with world class casinos and
nightlife is closeby. In Cape May visit victorian downtown or the
free zoo. Great resturants in Sommers Point, fishing, boating, jet
skiing, biking, sailing are all available within minutes. Corsons
Inlet State Park is on the way to Avalon and their bird sancuary.
In the Northend you're less than a 5 minite ride from the Margate
bridge.
