Lovely Beachside Villa with Pool, HDTV, WI-FI in Siesta Key

Our villa is located in a Gulf front community just a short walk on the beautifully landscaped courtyard to the whitest beach in the United States, rated #1 beach in 2011.   Our condo is in Gulf Haven in a quiet row of villas, joined by carports. 

The condo has two bedrooms and two baths.  The spacious master bedroom, nicely furnished with a king-size bed, TV, telephone, walk-in closet with organizer and plenty of drawer space, washer and dryer.  Plenty of nice linen and many towels are provided, so you need to pack only your personal belongings.  A full bathroom is connected to the master bedroom.

The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the large living room with additional entrance for privacy. It has two separate beds, a dresser with plenty of drawers and a closet.  The second bathroom has access from the hallway and close by the second bedroom.

 The spacious living room has modern, comfortable furniture:  A 42” flat-screen HDTV, radio with CD player, a sleeper-sofa, a love seat, two arm chairs (one being a Lazy Boy recliner), a large built-in cabinet and 54” diameter round dining room table with 6 comfortable chairs. The screened-in lanai with patio table and 4 chairs and an electric grill with a convenient entrance from the beautifully landscaped courtyard.

 The carport opens to the kitchen.

Naturally, the villa has a central heating/air conditioning and wireless internet.
