Vacation Rental Description

We have several 3 BD / 2 BA Condos in the same awesome resort, so  
inquire even if the calendar says this is unavailable!  Newer         
3-bedroom (2 masters) 2-bath condo with a screened-in balcony  
located  
in Windsor Palms, the best resort near Disney (3.5 miles away!). 
   
We have decorated our condo to make you feel right at home.  This  
top  
floor condo overlooks a conservation area (not a parking lot) and is  
the largest in the community with 1408 Sq. Ft. of brand new luxury  
to  
make your stay most enjoyable.   
 
King beds are in both master bedrooms.  These bedrooms are spacious  
(12x16 & 11x13) with walk-in closets.  Master suite #1 has an en- 
suite bathroom and 2nd master has direct access to other bathroom.  
3rd bedroom has bunk beds(full/twin) and is decorated with a Disney  
theme.  A queen sofa bed is located in the living room so the condo  
sleeps 8 comfortably.  The living room has a TV with DVD/VCR and  
stereo system.   
 
ALL bedrooms have TV’s and VCR’s.  Cable is available in all rooms.   
 
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice  
maker, microwave oven, blender, coffee maker,dishes and glasses, and  
cooking/eating utensils.  The condo also has a full size washer and  
dryer & all linens and bedding are provided. 
   
For families with a baby, cribs, high chairs, etc. can be rented for  
a nominal fee.  Our local property management company is available  
24 hours a day for all your needs.  No smoking or pets allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Newer resort just 3 miles from Disney with gated, secure 24-hour  
access.  There is a 7500 Sq. Ft. clubhouse with billiards, table  
tennis, video game room, fitness room, and business facilities. 
   
Windsor Palms also has an Olympic sized heated community pool,  
whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool, lighted tennis &  
basketball courts, children’s playground, picnic/BBQ area, and sand  
volleyball.  
 
Even a 58-seat cinema movie theatre that shows all the  
latest movies (you can schedule movies too)!  A convenience store,  
located near the pool area, is also on-site.
