Keuka Kottage II- Drive to Door! No stairs! in Keuka Lake

On July 2,2011 after 110 days of completely renovating one of the original one story cottages on Keuka Lake, we have completed our labor of love. Through some of the worst spring weather in history in the Finger Lakes, the mud & snow has gone away to reveal our finished little gem! Three bedrooms, bathroom & 30' of great room/kitchen which spans the entire front of the building. Cathedral ceiling complete with recessed lighting adds to the openness of the main living area. Side covered porch for the occasional inclement day. Boathouse, permanent dock with diving board.

Our little slice of paradise is located on the east side, at the foot of Keuka Lake. From the intersection of Rtes 54 & 54A, you are 2 minutes to our door ! No stairs, no hassle! Easy to unload luggage or groceries, we are one of the rare properties that is a drive to. What an easy way to start your vacation! The cottage is nestled in the trees that is truly unique & relaxing, especially just after a nice summer rain. In front of you is our spacious lawn/parking area for 1 car. There is overflow parking available just above the cottage on the lower road; also great spot to leave your empty boat trailer! There is a cozy fire pit on the water's edge to enjoy at your leisure. If you've brought your own boat, you can launch it 5 miunutes away, free of charge, in Hammondsport & tie up to our permanent dock. Plenty of depth at the end of it for diving off our own diving board, waterskiing or fishing. (Greatfishing, by the way). Getting out of the water is a snap- use our ladder mounted on the seawall. The cottage was recently renovated, inside & out! A new 500 sq/ft plus deckwrapping around the cottage on two sides. Eight person lawn set with umbrella to entertain your friends or enjoy a quiet meal outside under the stars. There is even a large porch to keep you dry if it sprinkles! Inside, the cottage is brand new, top to bottom! New furniture, beds, linoleum, carpeting & paint. . We tried to make it Our Home Away From Home with a Florida flair! There are new Serta beds - One queen, one (1) full size and two twins configured as bunk beds.. Also, there is a large tub/bath fiberglass enclosure. The living room, sitting room & kitchen are the open floor plan design. Kitchen features a large granite topped island that will accomodate 6-8 people on tall swivel chairs. Sun room is the bright, airy spot with 2-6' sliders.

2013 Season: In season (maximum rates) rates apply from & including July 4 Holiday Week (6/29)  through & including Labor Day week (9/7). All other times are considered out of season & minimum rates apply. There are no other fees or charges that will added.

Pets are welcomed, they're family too! A non-refundable pet fee per pet is $65. Keeping your pet on our property & under control when off property will be your responsibility. Cleaning up after your pet outside is also very important. Thank you in advance!

Your $350 security deposit will hold your reservation & block out the calendar; the remainder of your rental fee is due 45 days prior to the start of your vacation. The deposit is non-refundable if there is a cancellation; however, after your departure, if the property is left as clean & neat as you found it, the security deposit will be gratiously returned.
