Beautiful private condominium with a breathtaking ocean view from
your own private 2nd floor balcony. Bermuda Bay is the hidden jewel
of St. Petersburg, Florida. Fully furnished , secure and very well
maintained. You awaken to bright, sunny mornings, palm trees and
brightly colored hibiscus on your own private balcony. Enjoy fresh
tropical fruits for breakfast and then relax in the beachside hot
tub
while watching the dolphins at play. Plunge into one of two heated
pools. Tennis and racquet ball beckon the athletically inclined or
fish for sea trout, snoek or redfish just steps from your door, and
barbecue out on one of the many supplied BBQ pits. Once you get the
sugar white sand of Bermuda Bay between your toes you'll want to
keep
coming back!
Most units facing the water are privately owned and never rented. We
are one of the few who rent on a monthly basis and are constantly
booked for months on end. One would be advised to try and book
multiple months in advanced to insure availability! As of today, we
still have our peak period of Nov/Jan/Feb/April 2014 still
available.....

Our master bedroom offers a King bed and walk in closet. There is
a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the livingroom. With over 800 sf to offer,
this is made for living in style. The bathroom is a full 4 piece
with
washer/dryer at your service. The full kitchen has a dishwasher,
microwave, full range stove, and extractor fan, loads of space, a
full
size refrigerator and utensils. Modern luxury envelopes you in the
open plan design of the kitchen, dining room and living room. Both
living & bedrooms have their own 32" Flatscreen TV & DVD. The living room
spoils
you with a 27" TV, as well as a VCR, DVD and Stereo with Cassette
and
CD player. Free Local telephone calls. For familys with
toddlers we even supply an easy to unwind child safe PlayPen and water toys for the pool area!
Private balcony with sunsets to die for!

Property has a beautiful 24 hour guarded, private, sand beach with
children's playground, beach volleyball, picnic, BBQ grills, laundry
facilities and a putting green. Nearby recreation includes golf,
tennis and bicycling. Seasonal golf tournaments are held at a nearby
golf course. For culture vultures, St. Pete and Tampa can be a real
delight. There are world class museums, symphony, opera, nightlife,
oceanariums, sports and dining. For a high energy evening, St. Pete
has it all - and its very AFFORDABLE!
Take a 10-minute drive to world renowned Fort De Soto beach and
nature reserve. Fort De Soto was rated one of the 10 best beaches in
the world by "Conde Naste Magazine". Fort De Soto beach has miles of
sandy beaches - pelicans - herons - osprey hawks and all types of
incredible sea animals by the thousands.Launch your boat or rent
some
jet skis nearby. Parasail, snorkel, or take a Casino Boat Cruise and
gamble the night away. Shop, hike, bike or simply relax in the sun
and feel the warm, soft sand between your toes.
While you are at the beach on St. Pete Island, pay a visit to the
famous Don Ce Sar Hotel for elegant dining - one of the finest
restored classic hotels in the USA, and a hangout of movie stars and
the rich and famous.If you would rather follow the beach road north
to Clearwater, a thirty mile stretch of white powder beaches winds a
trail over a latticework of causeways, bridges, marinas, wharfs,
yacht clubs, and miles of entertainment, shopping and dining.Finally
home, watch a dazzling bayside sunset, the pelicans and herons just
feet away from your beach lounger.Every evening you may see flocks
of
wild green parrots in the trees as you sip your aperitif. If you
prefer, candle light dining and romance are yours in the many
restaurants close by.
