Beautiful view of 35 acre clear sand bottom lake from charming glass
pane windows across the Living/Florida room combination. Lake is
deep in center and great for swimming or fishing. Bedroom has a
queen size bed, wicker lounge chair, TV/DVD and is extremely
comfortable.

There is a queen size fold out sofa located in the Florida room over
looking the lake on one side and sofa and loveseat, TV/DVD area on
the other side. Bathroom is small but adorable. New tile shower is
only 78 inches tall. Floors are hardwood. Central AC/Heat. Located
on one acre plus wooded lot.

Bar stools surround the extended counter top in a completely
furnished renovated kitchen. Additional dining area also is located
in large kitchen. Just 4 rooms, small but very comfortable, very
cozy romantic get-a-way. Had to sacrifice oven for dishwasher, however
there is a grill and a toaster oven.

Kitchen is completely equipped including microwave, blender, toaster,
dishwasher, linen, coffee pot, coffee grinder, waffle iron, foreman
grill, crepe maker, fondue equipment, etc. Inside laundry has
washer, dryer, iron & board. Bathroom has shower, no tub, hair
dryer, hair curlers, towels.  Bedroom has TV,
VCR, DVD, all linen including blankets, sheets (flannel &
plain), pillows and throws. The breezes across the water keeps it
cool and comfortable all summer long. Rafts, floating lawn chairs,
floats, noodles, life jackets are hanging in the shed near the house. Paddle boat is available.

Home is located equi-distant from each coast and just 2 hours from
Disney World, Bush gardens, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center,
MGM and Sea World; 1 hour from the Atlantic ocean; 1 1/4 hours from
the Gulf; 25 miles from the St. Johns river; 35 miles from Silver
Springs; 22 minutes from Gainesville and GATOR games; 1 1/2 hours
from Daytona Beach; 1 hour from St. Augustine and Jacksonville; 1
1/2 hours from Jacksonville Zoo and Airport; near 17 mile preserve
and hiking/biking trail; 3 miles east of Hawthorne and several
quaint restaurants (no fine dining), wonderful grocery store, Dollar
General, Family Dollar, Video Store, Pizza shop, Train Museum,
taxidermy museum; and a gazillion other lakes. Close to Gainesville
Gator and Jaguar functions; golf, tennis, fishing, swimming, diving,
boating, water skiing, surfing, shopping (huge upscale outlet mall
just 45 min away) There are many large lakes nearby with public boat
ramps that will accommodate large boats, skiing and jet skis. Have
never seen alligators in this lake.
