Stunning condo with beach, pool, golf, fishing, tennis! in Hutchinson Island

You wanted a gorgeous condo, you got it!!!!!!  Fully remodeled in 2010, with amazing upgrades.  Completely furnished, including everything you need for day to day living.  Unit has extended living room with stunning view of golf course.  The condo is only a 3-4 minute walk from the community's private beach.  All granite countertops, tile floors, contemporary decor.  Flat screen TVs, cable and internet.  Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen.  Beach chairs, 2 new golf pullcarts, towels, boogie boards provided, as well as limited golf clubs.  Queen beds in master and guest suites(memory foam), pull out sofa.  Plenty of closet space available.  There is an area to grill out just outside the building, with picnic tables.

Community features its own 9 hole,par 3 executive golf course (3.00 fee for 9 holes), 10 tennis courts, a full time tennis pro, 4 pools(one with hot tub, kiddie pool, and tiki bar), 300 feet of beach, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts, basketball court, walking areas, clubhouse with free wifi, and a restaurant.  There is also an onsite fitness center with sauna.  Activity equipment such as tennis racquets, basketball, beach chairs, etc can be rented for very low fee at the activity center.

The centrally located clubhouse and/or recreation center provides information and organizes group trips (including trips to casinos), bridge tornaments, craft making classes, chess games, volleyball, mobile library, etc. Just a 1.5 hour drive to Disney World, 20 minutes to Vero Beach, and 1 hour to West Palm Beach. The Ocean Village on-premise restaurant has a full menu with live music, karaoke, and dancing at the pub/bar.

Hutchinson Island offers fishing, boating, golf, tennis, hiking, horseback riding, swimming, biking.  There are wonderful restaurants both on the island and just across the bridge in Fort Pierce.  Fort Pierce offers a large market on the waterfront every Saturday with music, fresh fruits and vegetables, arts and crafts, and local food vendors.  Also on the waterfront, there is "Friday Fest" on the first Friday of every month, which includes music, local food vendors, arts and crafts, children's activities, beer, and wine. There is live theater as well as a movie theater in Fort Pierce as well.  In addition, you can visit the Marine Center and a variety of museums, including a wonderful children's museum.  Just a few miles north of the condo is the Fort Pierce inlet, where you can enjoy walking on the pier.  There are also many restaurants along the inlet where you can watch the boats go by.....
