Vacation Rental Description

in the privacy of your own home. Soak up the desert sun at our fully 
furnished upscale condominium with a large private patio. Our 
beautiful and luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom sun-drenched mountain-
view condo will offer you all the amenities you need to make it a 
perfect vacation getaway. Enjoy the spectacular pool and the 
spacious jacuzzi during your stay at the condo along with your own 
private parking. Enjoy BBQ outside using our brand new gas grill and 
relax at our private patio during those perfect weather evenings. 

The entire condo unit is furnished with brand new furnitures to make 
your vacation enjoyable with a pleasant experience. First bedroom 
has one queen size bed, dresser, end table, CD alarm clock, cordless 
phone and a 20” flat screen color television. The second bedroom has 
two twin size beds, one dresser, two end tables, CD alarm clock, 
cordless phone and a 20” flat screen color television. The room also 
has a flat screen computer system with high speed DSL internet 
access and a color printer for your unlimited use. 

The living room has a nice sectional sofa, coffee table, two end 
tables, cordless phone with answering machine, IPOD docking station 
and a 32” flat screen color television equipped with a five-speaker 
home theatre DVD/VCR stereo system. The kitchen is fully furnished 
for home cooking and includes a coffeemaker; toaster, blender, 
microwave and a George Foreman grill for your use. The newly 
remodeled kitchen has everything necessary to make you feel at home 
away from your home. 

The outdoor patio has a big table with chairs and a huge umbrella to 
help you enjoy the great warm weather in Palm Springs. The patio has 
a brand new gas grill for your anytime use for BBQ. 

Downtown Palm Springs is only about a five-minute drive from our 
condo, and both downtown and the airport are less than five minutes 
by car. The condo is one block from gorcery stores, a large shopping 
plaza, restaurants and gas station.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Condo amenities include telephone, TVs, VCR, DVD/CD players; high 
speed computer system, full size kitchen with all new cooking 
utensils, dinnerware, silverware, fresh linens and towels (beach 
towels, too), barbeque gas grille, all rooms have air conditioning; 
and professional maid service to suit your every need. The patio 
offers a spectacular mountain view as well as the two swimming pools. 
The laundry facility is located just steps away from the condo unit. 
We provide one car private parking in the garage for your 
convenience. Also there is ample parking space outside the building. 
You will enjoy immensely your stay in our newly furnished upscale 
condo. It's a perfect vacation getaway!

environment for all travelers.

Our condo is located in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood 
where you can enjoy and relax during your stay. Golfing is a major 
attraction of Palm Springs offering you hundreds of great golf 
courses for fun. You can also enjoy the spectacular Spa facilities 
in Palm Springs offering you the best vacation retreat. The upscale 
Casinos in Palm Springs offer you great entertainment during your 
vacation.    

Palm Springs, the golfing capital of the world, offers every 
conceivable luxury and convenience you would expect to find in this 
premier resort area and playground of the rich and famous. No other 
vacation spot offers such a wide range of scenic attractions, 
recreational activities, cultural exhibits, world-class shopping, 
dining, and dazzling nightlife. Visit the new Casino Morongo, Fantasy 
Springs, and Spa Casino Resorts.

Palm Springs offer the well known Tram ride. You can ascend close to 
8,000 feet in the world’s largest rotating tramcars. It 
is 30-40 degrees cooler at the top and a completely different world  
There visitors can find great hiking and incredible views of the 
desert. 

Palm Canyon Drive, is the main street of attraction with numerous 
art galleries, shops, great restaurants and bars.The street offers a 
relaxing environment for all visitors and a great afternoon walk.   

A short drive along Indian Canyon Drive will take you inside the 
most amazing Indian reservation with a spectacular oasis. It is a 
very popular area of hiking and sightseeing. You get the most 
amazing views of the mountains from the oasis area. 

Joshua Tree National Park is nearby and includes some of 
the best geologic displays found in California deserts. This 
national park is also popular for both hiking and rock climbing!

Vacation Rental Rates

Have a wonderful time staying in our condo!! Our goal is to help you 
plan a memorable fun vacation in southern California. Take advantage 
of our low affordable rentals rates to plan your vacation. Available 
for weekly ($800), two weeks ($1500) and monthly rentals ($2000) 
depending upon season and holidays.  Holiday rates are higher. 

The property is currently in the one week minimum rental, we do have 
special rates for the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and 
new Years, Easter, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans 
Day, Presidents Day, Martin Luther King Day.  Local events are White 
Party, Dinah Shore, Palm Springs Bike Weekend and Coachella valley 
Music Festival.  For all the above mentioned holidays and special 
events we charge a rate increase of 33%. And the rate is 40% higher 
for the White Party.  There is a $300 fully refundable deposit fee 
(payable by check only) needed to make a reservation.  Full maid 
service is also available at a modest cost of $80. Cancellation is 30 
days prior to arrival, security deposit of $300 is taken at the time 
of booking.
