AGE MINUMUM- This condo is a quiet little buiding for "relaxation" getaways and mature guests. This building is NOT recommended for those looking for a more lively environment. Children are welcome, but anyone under the age of 28 must be accompanied by parent. State issued ID (drivers lic or passport) are required to book this unit.

Sept 15- Dec 15, 2013 = $600 per week (tax included) plus cleaning ($60 for 2 people, $75 for 4 people). Also can do monthly for $1200 per month plus $100 cleaning. Pets extra.

Please note: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day (Sept) and Thanksgiving (Nov) are holiday rates. = $795 per week + tax (12%) & cleaning or 3 day weekend= $500 + tax (12%)  & cleaning. Add $150 per monthly rate for months with holiday (May, July, Sept, Nov)

Holiday 2013-  Dec 15- Jan 1, 2014= $875 per week + 12% tax + 75 cleaning
