Vacation Rental Description

This luxurious newly constructed two bedroom, two and a half bath, 
duplex condo has over 1300 sq. ft. of living space and is located 
directly on Hunter Mountain a few hundred feet from the slopes. The 
lower floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room with an 
outdoor balcony with unbeatable mountain views, stone fireplace with 
42"plasma television above the mantle, and half bath. In the master 
suite with a Queen bed, there is an outdoor balcony with breathtaking 
views of the mountains, and a full bath. The second bedroom has a 
Queen bed and many windows for incredible mountain views. 

You will also have access to the Kaatskill Mountain Club amenities 
just across the way, which include an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, 
steam room, sauna, and fitness center. Come get away to this 
beautiful mountain retreat.

German Alps Festival

For over 25 years, the Hunter Mountain German Alps festival has been entertaining Germans and non-
Germans with excellent food, drink, German music and plenty of activities and entertainment for all.

International Celtic Festival

The International Celtic Festival brings you the sights and sounds of the Emerald Isles. World-class 
musicians from Ireland and North America perform on three stages, with plenty of variety to suit any

Microbrew and Wine Festival

On-Mountain Activities

Snowtubing
Snowtubing is a fun winter pastime, and is located right at Hunter! Packed with laughs, snowtubing 
at 
Hunter is a great activity perfect for the entire family! Adults and children must be at least 42 
inches in height to participate in snowtubing. 

Snowshoeing
Snowshoeing at Hunter is a perfect winter activity for snow enthusiasts who crave great wintertime 
exercise, the serenity of the mountains, and exploration on a beautiful day! Hunter offers lift-
serviced snowshoe trails, equipment rentals and plenty of breathtaking scenery to enjoy. 

Snowshoeing is open only when conditions allow. Lift access is available from 8:30am to 4pm daily.

Arts and Culture
The region is packed with art galleries, including those found in Hunter and the nearby village of 
Woodstock. Groups can enjoy a variety of music and cultural festivals hosted in the area. 
Architectural landmarks including covered bridges and historic homes such as Cedar Grove, the home

Shopping and Antiquing
The area features nearly 50 antique shops and galleries, all within a short drive of the Kaatskill 
Mountain Club. There are also dozens of local artisans and craftspeople.

Baseball Hall of Fame and Museums
Area museums cover a wide range of interests! Cooperstown, NY and the National Baseball Hall of Fame 
are 90 minutes from Hunter Mountain. Art museums include the Fennimore Art Museum, with its Native 
American and American exhibits. Transportation buffs will enjoy several options, including the 
Empire 
State Railway Museum and the Hudson River Maritime Museum. And that’s just a small sampling!

As Hunter Mountain strides ahead toward the status of a true four-season resort, we continue to

There's something for everyone at Hunter Mountain. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of the 
natural wonders that abound in the Northern Catskills. Miles and miles of state-maintained hiking 
trails criss-cross the area, offering terrain for short scenic hikes to extended backtrip 
excursions. 
In fact, one of the trails known as the Devil's Path is rated as the most difficult day hike in the 
country.

Summer and Fall Festivals
For nearly 30 years, Hunter Mountain has been host to numerous summer festivals. From our well-know 
German Alps Festival and International Celtic Festival to our free Oktoberfests, Microbrew and Wine 
Festival, TAP New York Craft Beer Festival, we have something for every taste. 

Flyfishing
Hunter Mountain is proud to offer its Orvis-Certified Fly Fishing School. Orvis is the world's 
leader 
in fly fishing equipment and know-how, with nearly 150 years of experience in the field, and our 
full-
service shop features a great selection of gear, apparel, tackle, flies and tying supplies, and much 
more. 

Skyride
The Hunter Mountain Skyride is the longest chairlift in the Catskills, over one mile long. This
