This luxurious newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, duplex condo has over 1300 sq. ft. of living space & is located directly on Hunter Mountain a few hundred feet from the slopes. The lower floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room with an outdoor balcony with unbeatable mountain views, stone fireplace with 42"plasma television above the mantle, & half bath. In the master suite with a Queen bed, there is an outdoor balcony with breathtaking
views of the mountains, & a full bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed & many windows for incredible mountain views. You will also have access to the Kaatskill Mountain Club amenities just across the way, which include an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, & fitness center. Come get away to this beautiful mountain retreat.
Hunter Mountain & the surrounding community together offer a great variety of winter activities that can act as the perfect substitute to skiing & snowboarding!

Snowtubing
Snowtubing is a fun winter pastime & is located right at Hunter! Packed with laughs, snowtubing at Hunter is a great activity perfect for the entire family! Adults & children must be at least 42 inches in height to participate in snowtubing.
Snowshoeing
Snowshoeing at Hunter is a perfect winter activity for snow enthusiasts who crave great wintertime exercise, the serenity of the mountains, & exploration on a beautiful day! Hunter offers lift-serviced snowshoe trails, equipment rentals & plenty of breathtaking scenery to enjoy. Snowshoeing is open only when conditions allow. Lift access is available from 8:30am to 4pm daily. Trail fee, lift access & snowshoe rental: $30 Trail fee and lift access: $20

There's something for everyone at Hunter Mountain. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of the natural wonders that abound in the Northern Catskills. Miles and miles of state-maintained hiking trails criss-cross the area, offering terrain for short scenic hikes to extended backtrip
excursions. In fact, one of the trails known as the Devil's Path is rated as the most difficult day hike in the country.

Summer and Fall Festivals
August 15-16, 2009-Int'l Celtic Festival-This festival brings you the sights & sounds of the Emerald Isles. World-class musicians from Ireland & U.S. perform on 3 stages, with plenty of variety to suit any taste.
September 26-27, 2009-Microbrew & Wine Festival-Sample fine microbrews & wines of the Hudson Valley, New York State & beyond. Specialty foods & delicacies, plus a variety of arts & crafts vendors & a farmers market.
October 2,3,4, 2009-BMW Owners of America presents Color in the Catskills-taking place on-site at Hunter Mtn. Enjoy dirt/trail riding, awesome uncrowded roads, motorcycle vendors, bands all day until 9PM, food & beer, artists/craft vendors, base to summit Skyride.
October 3-4 & 10-11, 2009-Oktoberfest-October is the time of the harvest & in the old country, after the harvest is in, it's time for celebration. Join us in celebrating Oktoberfest, in the finest old-world tradition.

Skyride
