This lovely town house is suited for any sized family as it can sleep up to 8 people.The town house is situated in the ever more popular Terra Verde Community and it has it's very own private south facing rear lounging area,with it's own private heated spa. The outside lounging area has an open view of one of the few lakes within this wonderful community.As you walk through the front door of the house, you definitely get the wow factor with the open planned view of a fantastic dining and lounging area.The dining area is fully equipped with large table and dining facilities for up to 6 people.However you also have the benefit of three large bar stools which are positioned at a very nice breakfasting bar.The lounge has a nice bright and colorful 3 seater and love seat and you then have access to the spa and sun lounging area via a sliding glass door. The house also has full wifi  & cable for you to use.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything that you would require for a self catering holiday. Pots, pans, cutlery and all kitchen utensil's.You also have the appliances at your fingertips, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.There is a small washing room which is equipped with clothes washer, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.You also have a ground floor bathroom which is situated next to the washing room.
The staircase leads from the lounging area up to three nicely positioned bedrooms, two to the front with the master to the rear of the house overlooking the spa.The master has a double sized bed with it's very own en-suite.The front bedrooms have a double and two twin beds respectfully and they share a bathroom.All of the bedrooms have TV's with the twin room having the use of a Play station 2.This really is a great house to spend your vacation!
