*Febuary 15-31 $$$Sale$$$ $799 Per Week. 
*Nov 01-Dec 31 ....$799 per week, plus 11.5% tax 
*Jan 1 - Apr 30 ...$799 per week plus 11.5% tax 
**May 1 - Oct 31 .. Monthly rates become available 2-month minimum. 
 
SPECIAL DISCOUNT RATE OF $799 per week (plus tax) 
A Deposit is required at time of reservation to secure your week  
requested and will be returned within two weeks of your departure  
date. 
 
If cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date, entire amount will be  
refunded less $100 processing fee. 
If cancelled between 2 weeks and 45 days prior to arrival date, the  
security deposit will be forfeited. 
If cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date, only 10% of total will  
be refunded. 
 
Visa & MasterCard welcomed.
