This condo is 10 blocks from the beach nestled in the Montana section of Santa Monica.  This one bedroom condo has a king sized bed and a queen sized sofa bed and sleeps 4 comfortably if you don't mind sharing beds.  This condo has a gas stove and newly installed wood floors.  There is dedicated secure parking and secure entrance to the condo.  Washer/Dryer, cable TV, WiFi and flat screen TV will make your stay especially great. 

Montana Ave. is very popular with locals and visitors and is a  min. walk to some of the best coffee shops, restaurants and shopping in Santa Monica.  The famous Santa Monica Boardwalk is 1 1/3 miles from the condo and the shopping at the 3rd St. Promenade is a little over 3/4 miles from the condo.  If you want to drive, it is less than a five minute drive to Santa Monica and Venice Beach and there is plenty of beach parking.

This is a good size 1 bedroom condo with a full kitchen, dining area and family room.  We do have a selection of movies and board games at your disposal.  After every renter, the condo will be professionally cleaned so it will be fresh.  This is a brand new condo and all furniture is new!

Santa Monica is the best beach town in California.  You can park your car at the condo and walk everywhere!  Lots of different restaurants, coffee shops and diverse stores are within easy walking distance on Montana Ave.  Right down the street is a park/playground and a grocery store.  Other local attractions: Santa Monica Pier/Beach, Venice Beach, 3rd St. Promenade which has lots of stores, restaurants, 3 movie theaters, coffee shops, bookstore and pretty much whatever you want.  Santa Monica is full of spas so get a massage! Los Angeles: Universal Studios, Disneyland, Museums, LA garment district, Parks.

 THERE IS A 2 WEEK MINIMUM ON THIS PROPERTY!!!  There is a 2 week minimum stay on this property. There is a $75 cleaning fee and a $300 Refundable Security Deposit.
