This spacious, modern 5 bedroom, 2 bath, 2500 sq. ft. rental is ideal for larger families,  multi-families or a group of friends wanting to spend vacation together at the Shore!  It’s ideally located in a quiet family neighborhood close enough to the beach and Boardwalk (2 blocks) to easily walk, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and chaos!  The large back deck with Jenn-Air grill and 15 ft. diameter above-ground pool provide plenty of room for outdoor relaxation, fun and dining.  Enjoy outdoor showers after the beach (or under the stars at night!) with hot and cold water.  The weekly fireworks show presented on the beach after Fathers Day can be viewed from the outdoor deck or inside from the air-conditioned sunroom.

May 16 - June 10:  $103-245/night depending on # bedrooms desired, # occupants & length of stay (discounts apply beginning 4th night)

Memorial Day weekend (Fri - Mon):  $1800  (Avoid traffic and stay addt'l nites before or after for $125/night)

June 16 - Aug. 26:   $3675/week.  Full weeks only.  Multi-week discounts available.

Aug. 26 - 30: (6 nights)   $3,000
