home condo in the best section of Jupiter; Abacoa. Features include: 
Complete new appliances: washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 
refrigerator,  etc. 2 full bathrooms, 2 Bedrooms, Living room, 
dining 
room and furnished outdoor balcony. Air conditioning, and cable
television also included. Beautifully furnished including 
towels, 
dishes, etc. All utilities included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private resident clubhouse, heated resort style swimming pool, 
fitness center, business/internet center, and library. Village 
green, 
Volleyball court, putting green, barbeque and picinic areas and 
neighborhood bike and pedestrian trails.

Activities and Attractions

2.5 miles to beautiful Jupiter and Juno beaches. 5 minutes to Abacoa 
town center, unique shops, 16 screen movie complex, great 
restaurants, various supermarkets, and Roger Dean Stadium, home of 
the St. Louis Cardinals/Florida Marlins spring training facility.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,800 per month at peak season. (December, January, Febuary , 
March , April, and May.)
$1,500 per month in offseason. ( June through Novemeber.). Security 
deposit is
