Just imagine, your own oceanfront cottage with all the amenities of home. Topsail Beach is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. It has something for everyone. It's definitely family friendly.
Our home has (4) bedrooms and (2) full baths with an additional shower out on the deck. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary appliances and wet bar to accomodate the festivities.
The cottage is within walking distance of the fishing pier, marina, putt-putt and arcade, the ice cream parlor, restaurants and gift shops. There's even a roller-rink if you need a workout.
There are plenty of activities, places to explore, things to see. Or, just hang out and enjoy the surf...

The Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Center is located in Topsail Beach on the sound side of the island. They provide guided tours of the facility and share their mission of helping the endangered sea turtles.
Topsail Island played an important part in the secret development and testing of rockets and missiles for the US military. There is a museum in Topsail Beach that tells the story through artifacts and pictures.
There is a public marina in Topsail Beach with a boat launch and slips for temporary docking. Please check with the city manager for availibility and costs.
Back on the mainland, there are other great destinations to explore:
You can tour the USS Battleship North Carolina that sits across from the historic downtown Wilmington riverfront.
The North Carolina Aquarium is located down the coast at Fort Fisher. It has inspired an appreciation for all of North Carolina's aquatic environments.
There are several golf courses all within a 20-30 minute drive from the cottage, each with its own signature design and challenge.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation of a week's stay or more. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival.
Weekly rentals are scheduled Sunday to Sunday only.
Rates do not include taxes. (NC total tax is 13.75%)
Rates include standard cleaning service upon departure.
All beds have pillows and blankets or comforters. You will need to bring sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, and beach towels.
All necessary cleaning products, paper products, garbage bags, vacuum cleaner, swifter, are provided. We simply ask you to replace items as they are emptied.
