North Lake Drive - Lake Front/View -Great for Large Groups in Lake Harmony

Lovely Lake front homes located on beautiful Lake Harmony - the houses are about 30 feet apart and can be rented separately or together.  Each house has a dock for boating, fishing or swimming and the larger house has an indoor hot tub and the cottage has an outdoor hot tub. The cottage has a gas fireplace and the larger house has a wood burning stone fireplace.  The larger house sleeps 15 - 17 and sits above and behind the cottage, which sleeps 11 - 12.  Each has 4 bedrooms, the larger one with a 3 baths and the cottage with 2 baths. The larger house is three levels, the top level features a master suite with a queen sized bed and jacuzzi tub.  There is also a sleeping loft with a single bed.  The main level has  a very large grand room with large deck overlooking the lake, gas grill, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking and drinking needs, and 2 bedrooms, both with a queen sized bed and bunk beds.  The lower level has one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the game area. There is also an indoor hot tub, pool/ping pong table, drink frigerator and outside deck and fire pit.  The cottage is 2 levels and has 4 bedrooms with 1 queen, 1 full, 1 with a bunk bed and a single and the last one with 2 singles - the living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa. It has a large deck by the lake with gas grill and outside fire pit.   Both houses have new 42 inch flat screen tv's and wifi and cable and outside fire pits.  Walking distance to piggy's,nicks, and other local spots. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Both houses have dishwashers and washer/dryers.

Both houses have a gas grill and outdoor seating areas with fire pits.  The big lake view house has an indoor hot tub and the cottage has an outdoor hot tub.  If you plan on fishing on the lake you must get a fishing permit!  Boats are allowed on the lake, each house has a dock and access to marina to launch boat. The larger house has 3 flat screen tvs, two of which are 42". The cottage has three flat screen tv's, the largest is 42". Both have cable and wireless. The larger house has a pool/ping pong table. The larger house has a wood burning stone fireplaces and the cottage has a gas fireplace.

Located minutes from Big Boulder and Jack Frost and Split Rock Lodge.  There is an indoor water park and movie theater, golfing, skiing, white water rafting, hiking, boating and fishing. 

Summer weekly rates for the larger lake view house are $2550, Sunday to Sunday, and for the lake front cottage is $2100/week. Off season and winter weekend rates range from $1050 to $1450 for the lake front cottage and $1150 to $1750 for the larger lake  house. Weekly rates are slightly more. Rates vary for special weekends such as MLK, Presidents Day weekend, Xmas, NewYears, etc. We also have 2 other houses in Lake Harmony Estates that sleep up to 16 people each.
