Welcome to Hale Naia and Ko Olina!

Come experience one of Hawaii's finest Villas with breathtaking 
sunsets along the four secluded lagoons of the Ko Olina resort.  
Enjoy six pristine beaches, a world renowned golf course, and a 
private marina – all within walking distance.   ‘Hale Naia’ – 
meaning ‘home of dolphins’ – is a beautifully-appointed Villa, built 
in 2007.  The community includes a 24-hour guard in this double-
gated community of Ko Olina.   

Once the playground for Hawaiian royalty, Ko Olina is now a 640-acre 
premier oceanfront resort on Oahu that lives up to its name: 
a “Place of Joy.”  The Walt Disney Company recently announced their 
plans to develop its first independent hotel resort in the Ko Olina 
community.  On the leeward side of Oahu and an easy 20 minute drive 
from the airport, Ko Olina enjoys the island’s sunniest weather and 
fewest rainy days.  

There are so many activities in the local area – you need not worry 
about being bored.  You can lounge by the private rock pool or enjoy 
a game of tennis on the private courts.  The championship golf 
course, home to the LPGA Fields Open every February, is a short 5 
minute walk from the Villa.  There are many jogging and bike paths.  
There is a 270 slip marina with whale watching, snorkeling and 
sunset charters along the beautiful reefs of this pristine 
coastline.  After completing these activities, enjoy a meal at the 
renowned restaurant “Roy’s”, located at the Golf Club overlooking 
the 18th hole.  Or consider an evening of Hawaiian culture at Oahu’s 
premiere luau, Paradise Cove, located at the entrance to the resort.

When you’re ready to relax, consider the beautiful five-star J.W. 
Marriott Ihilani Resort, complete with a perfect day spa.  The 
Ihilani is home to a wealth of fine dining, including Naupaka 
Terrace with ocean views, Azul, and Ushio-Tei.

Hale Naia has all the amenities of a well-equipped vacation Villa, 
with a relaxed Wyland-inspired island decor.  As you walk in, this 
luxury townhome welcomes you with an open floor plan on 2 levels: 3 
bedrooms, 3 baths, and 1600 square feet of elegance.

The living room offers vaulted ceilings with two sofas, a 52 inch TV 
with digital cable, DVD player, and surround sound home theatre 
system.  Stay connected with broadband internet access and feel at 
home with music from your iPod in surround sound.  The gourmet 
kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite 
countertops, and full amenities.  The elegant dining room has table 
seating for six.  Off the dining room is a spacious covered lanai.  

Feel pampered in the Master bedroom suite, which features a pillow 
top King size bed with luxury hotel quality linens and a down 
comforter.  This spacious suite also includes a 32 inch LCD TV, a 
walk-in closet, and artwork by Kim Taylor Reese.  The master bath 
has a spa feel, with dual sinks in granite countertops, a large 
rainfall shower and separate soaking tub.  Lounge on the covered 
lanai located off the master bedroom, with a great view of the famed 
Roy’s restaurant on the 18th hole.

The second bedroom upstairs features a queen bedroom set with luxury 
linens and down comforter, 19 inch LCD TV, and peaceful mountain 
views.  It is adjacent to a full bath with granite countertop.  The 
third bedroom, located on the first level, has a queen bedroom set, 
luxury linens, and a down comforter.  The third full bath with 
granite countertops is located just off this bedroom on the ground 
floor.  Enjoy a convenient laundry room with full size washer and 
dryer right off the front entry.  An attached single car garage and 
a single car driveway allow parking for two cars.  

Steps away from the Villa is a private oasis with a rock pool and 
waterfall, heated spa, gas BBQ grills, resort style lounge chairs, 
and tiki cabanas.  Just 3 miles away is the town of Kapolei, with 
everything you need to feel at home.  Kapolei boasts conveniences 
such as a Starbucks, a Safeway grocery store, Jamba Juice, 
Blockbuster movie store, K-mart, 16-plex cinemas and more.  Many 
restaurant choices are available, ranging from local Hawaiian 
cuisine, sushi, Mexican, Thai and fast-food options.  There is also 
an amazing water park for all ages called Hawaiian Waters. Great 
outlet shopping at Waikele is nearby as well.
