This luxuriously decorated and newly renovated four bedroom, two full bath home, has its own private in-ground heated, salt water pool and sits towards the end of a canal leading to EsteroBay. 

Decorated in rich fabrics and luxurious details throughout, you’ll appreciate the owner’s taste and fine details they’ve provided.   The entrance has a peaceful sitting area, with an office/den/bedroom off to the side for a wonderful work place or additional separate sleeping area.  Here you’ll find a double size futon perfect for two.

The kitchen has new appliances and a long breakfast bar. An open-concept dining area connects the kitchen and family room, which has a large flat screen TV and oversized sectional couch for curling up at the end of a great day at the beach.

Soak up the sun while relaxing poolside at your own private in-ground heated, salt water pool.  Enjoy the private water-side Tiki Bar, or catch a fresh fish dinner while sitting canal side.  Don’t forget to watch for the dolphins and manatees that come in to play right in your backyard.

The guest bedrooms have queen size beds, in-room TV’s and share a full bath in the adjoining hallway.  The master bedroom is a grand space with sitting area and chase lounge.  A king size bed, in-room TV, private entrance to the pool deck, and full ensuite bath awaits you through French doors to a Jacuzzi tub, which looks out to a private courtyard.  Double sinks and lighted soffit details complete the master bath. 

Your own private washer and dryer, gas grill, along with secured wireless high speed internet, are included in this rental.  For those guests with allergies, this home is both pet free and smoke free, with smoking allowed only outdoors.

Casa de Lujo affords all the conveniences of your own home, in a residential neighborhood, close to everything, and less than a 2 minute walk to the beach.  Rather you stay for a week, or for a month, you’ll have everything you need to make this the perfect vacation experience.

Phones, central air conditioning, wireless high speed internet, Cable TV’s, full kitchen with all amenities, microwaves, oven,  dishwasher, disposal,  refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, gas grill, linens provided, private washer and dryer, beach towels, daily housekeeping and turn down service available.  Kayaks, bikes, and other items also available through our rental department.

Seven miles of white sugar sand await your arrival on Fort Myers Beach.  This home is conveniently located in the middle of the island.  Shops and restaurants are just a short distance away to both the north and south of the house.   A full service grocery store is only 4 blocks to the north.  Just south on Estero, adventure to Lover’s Key State Park, Bonita Beach, and Naples.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats, jet ski’s and parasailing rentals are within walking distance.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.  Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.  Looking for something to do after the beach?  There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.  Also visit Winter Homestead and Museum to Thomas Edison and Henry Ford.

Peak Season –-   $2600 weekly,   $4000-$5500 monthly

To the above rates, please add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, a $100 nonrefundable damage waiver fee, a $170 cleaning fee and an 11% tax. Rates include all utilities.
