Complemented by a new Pool and Spa, it overlooks one of the many beautiful lakes of Heritage Harbour, truly a golfer’s dream and a great place to relax.

On entering this delightful home you are greeted by the tastefully furnished formal Lounge and Dining room, walk on through to a very bright open plan Kitchen / Diner with ample work space over wood cabinetry, fully loaded with everything you would expect from a quality home such as this.

The kitchen is open planned into the Family Room where there is large screen TV & free Wifi. Glass sliding doors open onto the pool deck, and there is also an office area at the back of the house overlooking the pool.

Sleeping up to 6 people, the accommodation consists of a king in the master suite, a queen guest room, and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have a closet, dresser with mirror, and an LCD TV, and all bedding and towels are provided.

There are 2 bathrooms in the home, the master bedroom en-suite boasting a large oval tub and walk in shower, twin basins and a separate Toilet. 
Plus a 3 piece bathroom serving the other bedrooms.

Other amenities include:

Kitchen/diner  -  kettle, coffee maker, toaster, filtered water & ice maker, microwave, electric counter grill. dishwasher, round glass table and 4 chairs, all indoor tableware & plasticware for pool area.
Family Room  -  LCD screen TV,  DVD/CD player, and surround sound system.  Free North American long distance and wireless internet, is included.
Pool area - Glass table & 6 chairs, pool safety fence (a must with young children) All pool towels are provided.
Laundry rooom - Washing machine & dryer, iron & board, and cleaning equipment.
2 car garage with remote opener &  "2 bicycles"

The gated Heritage Harbour community boasts many activities for all the family to enjoy as well as being ideally situated for easy access to local shops, restaurants, bars & famous beaches.
