First of all, if you find a nicer, less-expensive townhouse that's as
convenient to the beach than this, let's talk! I bet we can give you
a better deal!
The unit is smoke free and tastefully decorated with comfortable yet
refined furnishings. The ceramic tiled first floor consists of the
kitchen, dining and living areas, includes a half bath and enclosed
laundry area. The carpeted second floor includes 2 well-appointed
bedrooms, each with a private ceramic tile bathroom and walk-in
closet. The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed. The second
bedroom has 2 twin beds with trundle beds for those extra guests.
All bathrooms are well supplied with large fluffy bath sheets.
The well-stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator with icemaker,
dishwasher, self-cleaning stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,
teakettle and stereo. Everything a cook could possibly need is
included! Next to the kitchen is the enclosed laundry area with a
full sized washer and dryer. Cable TV, DVD player, and family games
are standard in this unit.
Off the living area is a shaded patio complete with comfy Adirondack
chairs and a gas grill. In the storage unit, you will find sand
chairs and an umbrella for those days on the beach. The ocean, the
Space Coast’s most beautiful, is just a short walk away, accessed
through the Villages of Seaport private gate.
If the sandy beach is not your taste, the Villages of Seaport complex
includes 3 pools. There is a lane pool for the exercise enthusiast,
a kiddie pool for the tykes and a family pool for everyone. The
Villages of Seaport complex also provides an exercise facility, along
with tennis and racquetball courts.
The Villages of Seaport is a secure complex, with a security guard at
the gate 24/7. The lush tropical landscaped grounds are well
maintained and make Villages of Seaport a quiet and private get-away.

just a few steps away from the ocean, where you can soak up the sun or
watch cruise ships depart from Port Canaveral. NASA's launch pads
are visible from the sun deck or the beach giving you a ringside seat
for any launches. The Villages of Seaport are close to nearby
restaurants and attractions. Cocoa Beach is just 3 miles south, but
secluded enough to be quiet and un-crowded. At the front gate of the
complex, the Beach Trolley (public transportation) stops about every
30 minutes.

Orlando International Airport is easy to get to (follow Beeline Hwy)
and just 40 minutes away. Disney and Universal Studios Theme Parks
are just past the airport. A short drive away is Kennedy Space
Center, where you can tour launch areas, meet an Astronaut, walk
among giant rockets, or train in spaceflight simulators. Port
Canaveral, the second busiest cruise port in the world, is less than
a mile away. Disney, Holland, Norwegian, RCI and Carnival cruise lines
all dock at Port Canaveral and there are casino ships that also call
Port Canaveral home. Nearby Jetty Park, a short walk away, offers a
fishing pier, picnic tables and a family beach.
