Non-Gouging Policy:  We do not increase our accommodation rates for holidays or peak seasons.  However, the Resort may add a surcharge to its all-inclusive fees during certain holidays to recover added expense which we can't control.

Reserve your vacation rentals without anxiety through us.  We know due to unforeseen events, your plans change.  Our GENEROUS CANCELLATION POLICY will make it less stressful to plan your future vacation rentals.  Cancel for any reason up to 90 days prior to your arrival date and receive FULL REFUND of payment received.

All-Inclusive Fee
The mandatory all-inclusive fee is payable at the resort on arrival and covers all food and beverages (alcohol included) for the duration of your stay. This means all you can eat and drink at the buffet, on-site restaurants, pool side bars and snack bar. Top shelf liquor is available at all VIP bars.  Excludes drinks at the Disco.

Regardless of member-renter's membership status, including myself as a Shareholder of this Resort, 5- and 6-br Villas are very limited in availability, and combined with preference given to visiting members, the Resort may have to offer you two 3-br Villas in the unfortunate event 5- or 6-br Villa is not available.  My apology in advance should this occur. (Contingent upon minimun number of guests checking-in for a 5- or 6-br Villa)
