Beautifully decorated and furnished multi-level condominum.  The 
main living area has vaulted ceilings and a pull out sleeper sofa.  
The dining area seats four at the table and also offers 4 additional 
dining chairs if needed.  The kitchen is fully furnished with 
dishes, cookware, and appliances.  There is also a large patio with 
an ocean view, table and chairs.  


The Master upstairs suite has an extremely large master bath and a 
dressing area with walkin closet.

Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and a TV.

Pullout couch in living area. 
Dining Table. 
Full Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, 
all linens, towels, included.
Condo is in excellent condition and clean.   

DVD and 26" TV in living area with surround sound. 

The unit also has a washer/dryer, microwave, 
dishwasher, 3 TV's, VCR, DVD player, and telephones with FREE local 
calls.

No smoking, please.

--Modern clubhouse with high speed internet-wireless and wired. This 
is a linksys network and works with most wireless network cards. The 
clubhouse is open roughly 7am-7pm.

--Huge jacuzzi hot tub

(Pool and Jacuzzi hours are 7am-10pm however access is available 24 
hours a day)


--direct beach access via boardwalk

Condo has:

--full baths with separate shower and tub in master

Sterling Casino shuttle stops twice daily at the complex for a free 
ride to the free gambling cruise.
