2 BR, 2 Bath Condo on Lake MI with View of the Lake in South Haven

WEEKLY Rentals Only. Location, Location, Location! View of Lake Michigan from the Living Room and Both Bedrooms. This 2-bedroom condo (sleeps 6) is located on one of the prime beach spots in all South Haven. Walk out the door to a large community deck well furnished with tables, chairs and lounges situated on a wide expanse of beach, 200 feet of private beachfront to be exact. Beach walkers can stroll for miles looking for beach glass. The complex also has a large, heated pool. Inside you find a modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. This third floor unit is fully furnished with all appliances, including dishwasher, and microwave. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat and rocker recliner. There is a private master suite with queen bed, rocking chair, dresser, 2 nightstands, TV, lots of closet space, private bath and kitchenette (actualy the size of a studio). The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, 2 night stands and closet space. The updated bathroom has a shower/tub combination. We provide all linens and towels, except for beach towels; coin laundry is available in the building.

Fully equipped kitchen with range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes & etc. Wireless Internet connection is also available. We will provide the sheets, but plan on bringing your own beach & bath towels; coin laundry is available in the building. There are barbeque grills, tables, chairs and lounges for all guests to enjoy on the deck. There is also a first come, first serve volleyball net on the 200 feet of private sandy beach. One parking spot per unit. Public parking is available at a daily rate at the park next door or free on the street.

Walk out the front door and you are only minutes from parks, harbor, town, restaurants and South Haven's new state-of-the art fitness center where guest can easily obtain reasonable passes to the large hot tub, sauna, steam room, massages, fitness equipment, spinning, lap pool, fitness classes and gym.

Seasonally enjoy cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, or South Haven’s large new ice skating rink.

This unit rents Saturday to Saturday, by the WEEK only.

In Season Rates ~ June to Labor Day: $1060 to $2650 (Including Tax, Cleaning & Any Other Additional Fees) per week with 1 week minimum stay.

6 person maximum overnight capacity.

50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance is due by May 1st. There will also be a $300 refundable security deposit.
