Vacation Rental Description

Beachfront with private pool, Casa dos Dolphins, (House of Two 
Dolphins) is a privately owned vacation home located just steps from 
the ocean at La Puntilla, a quiet residential complex of 19 
luxurious homes near La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, just 20 minutes north 
of the Puerto Vallarta airport on Mexico’s Pacific Coast.  With 
1,900 square feet of living area designed to be spacious and open 
and a private pool with extensive patio, you'll want to spend all 
your time outdoors.

Panoramic views of the ocean, sea breezes caressing the shore, lush 
tropical surroundings and palm leaves whispering in the breeze are 
yours to enjoy at this tranquil haven overlooking spectacular 
Banderas Bay.

Comfortable seating is located in view-friendly locations inside the 
house and outside on the patio.  There's plenty of space in the 
living room and den to relax and read.  Enjoy a tasty meal in the 
dining area or outside on the poolside patio. Watch television, 
listen to your favorite music or connect your laptop to the 
complimentary high speed wireless internet.  

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a comfortable den, this 
beautiful home offers perfect accommodation for two couples or a 
couple with adult children.  With a maximum occupancy of four 
adults, this beautiful beachfront vacation house has all the 
amenities you could want in a vacation home—and more! 

The spacious oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing 
room and en-suite bathroom with oversized soaker tub and shower.  
The second bedroom looks out onto the street side courtyard and has 
a king sized bed that converts to two twin beds, plenty of closet 
space and an adjacent bathroom with oversized white marble shower.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with gas stove and oven, 
microwave, two fridges, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and 
blender.  Cooking utensils, cutlery and dishes and all the 
necessities and extras you'd find in your kitchen at home make it 
easy to cook in on the days you prefer to relax at home.   

Listen to sound of the birds as you enjoy your morning coffee on the 
patio or while taking an early morning walk along the beach.  Soon 
the fisherman will arrive to cast their nets, surrounded by frigate 
birds and pelicans looking for their morning snack.  

The large covered patio with table and chairs is a great place to 
eat meals and watch the activity in the bay, so relax and enjoy a 
leisurely breakfast and watch the morning activities unfold before 
you.  There’s a gas BBQ for cooking the big fish that didn't get 
away, and an outside shower to rinse off after your dip in the 
ocean.  

Casa dos Dolphins offers a complete vacation experience in an 
idyllic setting.  A perfect escape or ideal base from which to 
discover the colorful local ambiance and attractions, a 10 minute 
walk along the beach will take you to the quaint little fishing 
village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle where you can do some shopping, 
purchase fresh fish for the barbeque or enjoy a meal in one of the 
restaurants.   If you’re feeling ambitious you can take the hour 
long walk along the beach to the charming little Mexican town of 
Bucerias.  Shop till you drop in downtown Puerto Vallarta then enjoy 
a meal on one of many restaurants then take an evening stroll along 
the Malecon before heading back to your comfortable vacation 
accommodation. 

You can swim in safety all year round and launch our two kayaks 
(available November through March) in the little cove beside the 
house.  Relax and bask in the sun, go for a long and peaceful walk 
at the edge of the gentle surf.  Lush tropical gardens filled with 
fragrant flowers and exotic birds surround this luxurious home which 
is shaded by tall coconut palms and leafy banana trees. 
 
Have a fondness for golf?  Golf enthusiasts can take in the five 
local golf courses—all located within 30 minutes of Casa dos 
Dolphins.   The closest golf course is Flamingos Golf and Tennis 
Resort, about 10 minutes south of La Puntilla.   

Palm trees silhouette against the horizon as the last rays of sun 
fade away and in the distance, the lights of Bucerias and Puerto 
Vallarta twinkle across the Bay.  Casa dos Dolphins is far enough

To Reserve:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the house within 7 days of 
booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your rental check-in 
date.   A $300.00 US refundable damage/security deposit is due with 
the final payment. (Final balance due 90 days prior to arrival for 
Christmas, New Years bookings.) 

We accept personal cheques, money orders, bank drafts or wire 
transfers for the initial deposit. The final payment must be made by 
money order, bank draft or bank wire transfer--please inquiry about 
details. We're sorry, credit cards are not accepted at this time.
