Equipped with a full kitchen, separate dining area and living room all overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico.  Watch the spectacular sunsets from your screened in balcony and the dolphins playing in the waters below.  You’ll love the remodeled kitchen with granite counters and custom cabinets.  Your own private washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen for your use.

The tropical breezes and beautiful views help provide the best of indoor/outdoor island living.  You only need your clothes and you can stay indefinitely, enjoying Fort Myers Beach and all it has to offer. 

Let the sounds of the water lull you to sleep on the king size bed in the master bedroom.  Wake to the sun sparkling on the water and the sounds of the beach.  Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony taking in the daily happenings of beach life.   Your master bedroom has an in-room TV, and its own private ensuite full bathroom.  The second bedroom offers twin beds,  in-room TV, and has a separate full bath for their use.  The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area if needed.

Carlos Pointe offers a beautiful, large, in ground, heated pool overlooking the beach with poolside restrooms.  There is also free wireless internet service for those who need to stay in touch or for those who may have to work a few hours while on vacation.  There’s a small community room with a ping pong table, poolside, for your playing enjoyment and gas grills for grilling out.

Phone, central air conditioning, Cable TV’s, full kitchen with all amenities, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer, dryer, in ground heated pool, lounge chairs, beach towels, daily housekeeping and turn down service available, kayaks, bikes, and other items also available through our rental department.

Just outside your door are seven miles of white sugar sand beach, waiting to be explored by you.  Enjoy great fishing right from your own backyard in the Gulf of Mexico.  Kayak the waters of Estero Bay, bike the island to explore its beauty or relax with a bestseller on the white sugar sand beach. 

This fabulous condo is conveniently located close to many shops, restaurants, and groceries.  Catch the trolley into Times Square or Bonita Springs for a fifty cents a ride.  For our guests with allergies, this condo has been designated to be pet free and smoke free.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats, jet ski’s and parasailing rentals are within walking distance.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.  Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.  Looking for something to do after the beach?  There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, water park, and much, much more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.
