There is a 18- hole golf course within 1/2 mile. Very close is a childrens park with tennis courts and basketball court.
Walmart Super Center and Brand new Apple Bee's Restaraunt, Publix Grocery store and other dining all within 3 miles.
Other things to keep you busy around the area:
Fishermans Village that offers waterfront dining and shopping. Full service marina. Salon and Day Spa and dont forget the Military Heritage Museum which is a must see.
Something you should do on your stay is head over to Sarasota and enjoy a day or evening on Captain Jacks Dinner Cruise. This is such a wonderful experience to enjoy with your family and friends.
33 miles away is Sun Splash Waterpark that the kids or adults would absolutely enjoy .
Hop in the car and drive to some of the best beaches around....

$175 non-refundable cleaning fee
$750 damage deposit ( refundable with NO damage)
We pay the first $150.00 of the utilities. Any amount over that the renter is responsible to pay.
Pool and lawn care are included in the weekly and monthly rates.
Reservation Requirments & Terms:
Reservations are not concidered "guaranteed" until a signed rental agreement and payment of 50%-100% of the total rental fee including damage deposit and cleaning fee are paid.
The remainder balance is due in full 90 days prior to arrival date.
If reservations are made within 90 days of arrival date payment is due in full.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are subject to our NO Refund Policy. We advise you to take out Trip Cancellation Insurance.
