Oceanfront 3 berdroom Newport Beach holidays available in Newport Beach

During the summer we only book  Friday - Friday with a 1 week minimum.

Right on the sand and designed for summer pleasure. Wall-to-wall ocean view windows providing panoramic sit-down white water and coastal views. Offering two units, one above and one below which can be rented together or speratly. This is the downstairs 4 bedroom 2 bath unit with a slding glass doors opening up to a huge patio that leads directly onto the sand allowig you to be in the kitchen and watching the kids!! This unit offers parking for 3 cars (or 6 cars if you rent both the upstairs and downstairs) with spectacular coastal views of the Newport Pier and Catalina Island and is closer to the water than most homes in Newport as we are located at 40th street. One great benefit is that there is no board walk running between you and the sand. The top unit has three bedrooms, two baths, fireplaces and coin-op washer and dryer. Both units have a master bedroom with a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has 2 twins and downstairs the 4th bedroom has a futton. Guest must bring own linens and towels during the summer months. There is pleanty of room to set up an air matress or two for additional guests as well.

This is the bottom unit with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, washer dryer and all the ammeneties you would expect at a beach rental however the views and location are priceless. Please contact us with any questions
