Also comes with free phone and wireless internet, from October to April only.
Nice quite subdivision, without the noise of the big city, but still close enough if you want to travel into Mesa, etc. Grocery store (Frys) within walking distance, tennis courts, and walking paths. No smoking and No pets please.

Lots of shopping close to Queen Creek Mall, San Tan Mall, Superstition Mall and more. Check out the San Tan Flats Restraunt, probably the neatest dining experience you will ever have. Located with in a 5 minute drive enjoy a nice steak dinner, while cosying up to your own bonfire, listening to country music.
