This vacation rental is located just 5 miles from downtown Hot Springs and BathHouse Row.  It is a mere 7 miles from Oaklawn Horse racing and casino facilities. Magic Springs and Crystal Falls amusement park is 10 minutes away from this rental.  It is Nestled in a beautiful valley with an overlook of a small  private lake (or large pond, has 50ft. dam with spillway).  The drive is a scenic experience in itself.  The area is so wooded, each season offers a new visual of beautiful foliage. 

After a full day of tourist attractions, you will feel you have stepped into a whole new environment for a peaceful evening.  Many deer in the area.

This rental is 1500 square feet.  It has log siding but modern inside.

Small pets allowed if potty trained and cause no damage. Pet deposit is $100 non refundable.

There is a wal-mart approx. 10 minutes away, near the Hot Springs Village area.  A Sonic is approx 5 min. away.  (CALANDER IS ACCURATE)
