Luxury one bedroom apartment in a friendly neighborhood called Poinsettia Hights, in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. A city on the Atlantic Coast famous for its beaches yachting, fishing, arts, culture and events. From Shopping in Las Olas to gondola rides on the canals. Fort Lauderdale makes for an exciting Florida vacation.
We can accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. It has a big bedroom with a queen size bed. The bedroom has a den with a bunked bed that will fit 2 kids, and in the living room you have a queen size sofa bed. (If requested we can also offer a crib and kids toys)
We are only 5 minutes from: the beach, the Galleria Mall, from Wilton Manors and 5 minutes from Las Olas downtown. We are also walking distance to Publix, Whole foods, Blockbuster, Panera bread, Walgreens, Pier1imports, Barnes and Noble and many other shopping stores.
We are also walking distance from Mexican, Chinese, Italian and Cuban Restaurants.
The advantage of this location is that is close to anything you can plan for the day. Really nice area to bike, walk or exercise. The location is what makes this place so great!

activities and attractions in Fort Lauderdale Atlantic Coast South
Since we are so close to the beach there is many different activities and attractions that you can plan. We have the childrens musium in downtown, we also have a water taxi that will take you in the canals to all different bars and restaurants. The Theater is also a short drive, picnic areas and shopping spots are all over and close to the property.
All types of sports are also available. From kayaking to wind surfing, biking, walking, swimming, etc....
Because of the nice weather that we usually have in Florida a BBQ is also a nice activity to do.
