2011 Rates

Jan  01/ 12  to 03/01/12 to Dec 01/12 -----   $ 775.00/ month + ulti

 Cleaning fee is $50.00  ( CLEANED after your stay ) .

A $350.00 deposit is required for monthly with signed retal agreement . 

Monthly retals are from the 1st to the end of the month . NO EXCEPTON !!!
