2800 Sq. Ft. of open and spacious cottage living, with a lake view from any window in the house, giving you the feeling of island living.

Mainfloor includes huge livingroom, formal diningroom, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, washer/dryer, and sitting area with sliders leading to expansive two level deck. A covered porch has a view of North Lake.

Mainfloor has pull out full size sleeper sofa and queen bed.

Livingroom has 46" flat screen television with DVD; you will have WiFi.

Mastersuite is located on the upper story with its own bathroom, plenty of closet space, and a walkout balcony over looking Middle Lake.  This has a King size bed.

The upper story also has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with twin beds, and a bathroom.  Both have a view of North Lake.

The cottage is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies, linens and bedding along with washer and dryer for your convience.  A row boat and pedal boat are furnished with the cottage for your enjoyment.  Life jackets are provided.  Fire pit and beach volly ball court by the lake.

The fourth bathroom is located at the back of the residence with easy direct access from the beach.

Rent for a short stay, or longer while work is being done on your home.  We rent year around.  We have a great home for your enjoyment.

We have hosted graduation celebrations, childrens birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, anniversary celebrations and a wedding on the expansive deck over looking the lake.
